Pum-pumps

Sawyer had been working hard to help Nena take care of her pumpkins.  Several weeks ago she gave us some seeds so that we could try to grow our own (hopefully they will become jack-o-lanterns in a few months). Sawyer had a lot of fun planting the seeds and helping Mama water them.  We really enjoyed checking their progress each day, especially once they sprouted.  We had at least ten seeds, but only four sprouted.  We moved those four outside a couple of weeks ago.  They are still with us, and we have had fun checking on them and watering them.  Hopefully they will make it until Halloween!
